Tom Kerr’s practice focuses on administrative and regulatory compliance, litigation, and business practice matters. Tom has particular interest in emerging trade practice areas, including online deal programs, internet retailers, and interstate shipping issues.
Before joining Strike & Techel, Tom was an associate at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, specializing in commercial litigation. He represented clients in a wide variety of practice areas, including intellectual property, antitrust, real estate, and general business litigation. In addition to litigation, Tom counseled clients in several industries, including clients in the alcoholic beverage industry, for which he handled regulatory and trade practice issues, and negotiated and drafted a variety of agreements.
Tom graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 2005, prior to which he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado in Boulder. When not practicing law, Tom is an avid traveler, and recently concluded a one-year adventure to South America, India, and Southeast Asia before joining Strike & Techel.
