Kristen is well versed in all aspects of alcoholic beverage law. In particular, she is a specialist in the nationwide advertising, promotion and marketing of alcoholic beverages—including sweepstakes, contests, coupons, and social media. Her experience includes litigating administrative cases on behalf of alcoholic beverage licensees—including sales to minors, sales after hours, sales to obviously intoxicated persons, violation of license conditions, hidden ownership, disqualification due to criminal conviction, disorderly house, contaminated bottles, and refilling bottles. She is also quite well versed in marketing agent models, trade practices and licensing work.
Kristen was born and raised in Napa and worked the foiling machine at a winery on weekends, where she made a name for herself with her consistently wrinkly application. Luckily, she realized that her interest in the industry would be better served with a law degree, and now makes up for her past by ironing out wrinkles of an entirely different kind.
