Katherine Robb, Associate

Katherine Robb’s practice focuses on regulatory issues, marketing matters, promotions, licensing, and corporate structure concerns for a wide variety of clients involved in the alcoholic beverage industry.

Before joining Strike & Techel, Katherine was an associate at Cooley LLP, specializing in corporate law. She advised both emerging and public companies on a wide variety of matters, including formation, governance issues, securities compliance, and private and public financing. She also represented venture capitalists in equity and debt transactions.

Katherine graduated from UC Davis School of Law in 2006, where she served on the Board of Directors of the King Hall Legal Foundation and received the Joseph and Jan Cutter Lake Scholarship. Along with her legal skills, Katherine is a published author on topics as varied as constitutional law and butchering meat (seriously) and remains, to her knowledge, the only person to run and bike across Oregon in twelve days.
